If you are worried about losing your pet, new technology allows for biologically safe microchips to use in the place of, or in addition to the classic dog tags. Microchips are an excellent option for a form of identification, and it is rapidly becoming popular in families throughout the country. Here are a few answers to common questions people might ask in relation to the use of these microchips.
What exactly is a microchip? A microchip is a small device that is comparable in size to a grain of rice. This device has a special identification number that helps animal shelters and local humane societies get in touch with the pet's owner.
How does this microchip work? As stated earlier, a microchip has a specific I.D. number, which allows shelters and humane societies get in touch with the pet's owner. The I.D. number is transmitted through an all-purpose handheld scanner, which relays the number to a computer screen. The handheld device transmits radio waves at a frequency of 125 kHz, which is completely safe and non-harmful to your pet. Could my pet have an allergic reaction to a microchip? It is highly unlikely. The microchip is made out of an outer shell of extremely tough glass, and has safe biological contents inside. Because of the way the chip is made, your pet will quickly develop connective tissue that keeps the chip in place.
How is the microchip inserted? The microchip is simply administered like a shot. Though the syringe may be slightly larger than that of a common vaccine shot, it will not hurt any more or any less. Your pet will not react any differently than they would if they were receiving a routine shot. Anesthesia is not necessary, nor is it recommended for this procedure.

Many farmers or animal breeders microchip their animals as an easy form of identification; this takes the place of branding or tagging.

What motivates bullies?
People who are victims to bullying will question "why me?" and I have asked this question many times. I've heard all the excuses;
"Its a joke" - but really it isn't, they dig too far into someone's feelings it ruins them
"It's you" - the reason they bully you is because of you? Somehow, when you haven't done anything to them they find a way to pick on you
"They've been bullied themselves" - total BS (pardon my language). I'm not entirely popular okay but they are and i have no belief that they have been bullied, even if they have it sure as hell gives them no right to bully others.
"They are two-faced, arrogant, greedy" - They treat you like a friend but bully you, they have the latest stuff and make you feel out of the circle, they claim your glory in some sense.
"Because they can" - What actually makes them better than me?
People have qualities and mine are that I don't fight (and the fact I can't XD) but I choose not to, the decision of Right and Wrong.
I listen to emo music and sometimes wear emo fashion but the stereotypical emo to a bullies point of view are those that slit their wrists and are always depressed, well i listen to emo music because its based around my emotions, sadness, anger etc. its what i feel because of endless taunts.
I'm not on the skinny side but everyone knows the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover", people don't get to know me, they make assumptions and taunt me based on appearance. I barely sleep because of what tomorrow will bring.
I have "ratted out" bullies previously and all i get is an apology and the cry from forgiveness, I'm a good guy so i give them a second chance but the apology and the crying for forgiveness means nothing so i don't bother telling people because all they expect is an apology. I lie about how my day is; "It was good" is more like "Kill me now", i have previously sided with suicide but there's the thing called "Quality of Life" that its worth living.
I'm shy and always have been but i try to be more confident but my main weakness it to talking to girls, what do i say? what do i do? I barely get invited to parties, and the ones i do go to i seem to loosed up, drop the stress from my shoulder and relax. The main reason i don't really talk to girls is because of what others will say, i fear that not only will they mock me but they will mock her.
So what truly motivates these people? Power? Fear (unlikely though)
Also: the bully followers, i dont believe they fear to be bullied themselves because they've been mates since old school and always join in on the joke.
A recent comment is that i am like the country Greenland "Insignificant and pathetic" which pretty much sums up my life, also the country apparently has the highest suicide rate so they say "Maybe you should just kill yourself". Bullies dont see the effects that the words can cause because they're blinded in indulging themselves in self glory and arrogance.
@CoachSimon - Avoiding these people is impossible, hell i'm even in some of their classes. Also i have no care for their insecurity, thats their problem there is no need to try and prove that you're a right a-hole and make other peoples lives misery.
The reason why i may react is because i am fed up with this "Game" that they make it out to be, like i said in the details i resorted to suicide, but i though "Hey my life may get better", they will win no matter what i do.

Is he hiding in the closet? Is that why he got all weird after kissing?
We r 19 and im pretty sure hes a closeted gay or bi. He used to be so sweet and innocent and didnt show interest in girls in "that way" (he had never dated either or went after girls) He was playfully flirty in a friendly way to me, but didnt seem like it was romantic. He only acted mean when we started kissing. Then he changed to a jerk. He never had dated before me, and he never got a stiffy making out. We'd make out for hours lol and spoon to sleep nightly and his hands wouldnt even wander....and he had said he had 2 man crushes.
He also has said 3 or 4 guys were hot. After watching a youtube video , he went "that guy is HOT!" and he said his new roommate is the hot guy on campus. He also always would text with smileys and stuff all the time and go "awww thats so cuteee :)" i saw him as one of the girls. Thats just how his personality was. If i had an all girls sleepover i would have had him there too.
Someone called him gay, and he said "im not gay i took a girl to prom"
He also seemed REaLLY awkward touching me. Plus id be sitting on his lap stroking his chest, with my lips sooo close to his and id be staring at his lips, but he'd be looking straight ahead. It'd take him HOURS to kiss/make out w/me. We'd cuddle and spoon for hours, but he wouldnt kiss me til like 2am when i was pratically asleep
I know in general he loved spending time with me and wanted to hang every min, but as we got closer physically and almost had sex one night, he turned into a b#tch. (in general he never asled nor tried for sex. And he had many opportunities) He pulled away for good, he was acting moody and distant. I asked him he needed to tell me what he wanted (in terms of us dating or being friends) He said he wasnt sure yet. He was mad and never talked to me again :( it made no sense, cuz if we never kissed or anything, to this day we would have been bffs. We were that close.. It all started with that one kiss...
Hes kinda acted like a bully 2me ever since, being very nasty.
Also once on skype last summer in a text chat, he mistook a guy for a girl. He was like "HEY!!!" and had smileys. I then told him that it was a guy, and he freaked out. Saying "i talked to him like id talk to a girl!!" he got very very mad for awhile
